At the beginning of this year, IN MOURNING announced the departure of their drummer Christian Netzell, who had been with the band since the beginning. A few days ago, the Swedish progressive melodic death metal band introduced a new member of the band, Mattias Bender. He is their new full time drummer from now on. Mattias joined the group for the Trondheim Metal Fest and will be joining them as well to continue work on the new album.
Splendidula is set to release their second album ‘Post Mortem‘ on December 14th 2018 via Inverse Records. The album was recorded in their home studio, in collaboration with JDB. The album was mixed and mastered by Hearse Studio, Belgium. Progressive metal band Periphery are coming off the release of their excellent “Periphery IV: HAIL STAN”, and now have announced their first dates in Europe to support the album.
