Drummer for the death metal band Incantation Kyle Severn has made the announcement that he cannot do long tours anymore, and the band are currently looking for a replacement for live shows. No reason was given for him sitting out, however it can be assumed that health of him or someone close to him is a factor. We wish him and his family stay in good health.
The following statement was posted on Incantation’s social media:
“As Incantation fans may have noticed I haven’t been behind the kit live much this year. With much respect to the band I cannot do the long tours anymore. So with that said we’re currently looking for a serious, professional, touring drummer that has never been denied entry and has no previous or pending incursions with foreign countries. We prefer someone from the East Coast USA for geographical reasons, and absolutely must understand the Incantation style of playing. We need a dedicated team player willing to do his part. To be clear I have NOT quit the band and will still remain a very active part of Incantation.”
