The Summer Slaughter Tour has officially unveiled the 2019 lineup, which sees the tour returning to a more death metal focused lineup. This year, the tour will be a triple co-headliner with Cattle Decapitation, Carnifex, and The Faceless. Rivers of Nihil, Nekrogoblikon, Lorna Shore, Brand of Sacrifice, and the winner of the Headbang on the Highway contest will all support. Special guests are still yet to be announced.

Last year’s tour lineup was controversial, as for the most part, the tour chose to feature many progressive metal and metalcore acts. For this year’s tour, it’s apparent that the promoters have chosen to step away from that.
