The Heavy Montreal festival, which happens this summer August 9th and 10th will take place at the Parc Jean-Drapeau. The lineup is beyond expected and in addition to Metallica (playing a request set which is where ticket buyers choose the set list), Slayer will also be co-headlining. Bands like Lamb of God, Epica, Symphony X, Alestorm, Anthrax, Whitechapel, Cynic, Unearth, Hatebreed, Exodus and many others will also be performing. Have a look at the event flyer and see.
Tickets go on sale March 7th via the concert’s website and are $165 for a general admission weekend pass or $400 gold weekend pass that includes a special viewing area, private bathrooms and different concession stands.
