Symphonic deathcore band Shadow of Intent have announced the departure of bassist Keith Kohlhepp and drummer Matt Kohanowski. The band has announced that Anthony Barone and Andrew Monias on drums and bass respectively.
The band’s official announcement reads as follows:
“The band has recently parted ways with drummer Matt Kohanowski and bassist Keith Kohlhepp. Matt will continue to play with his band Oceano and Keith will continue to play with Proletariat. We wish them both success in all of their future endeavors.
For our next performance we will be joined by Anthony Barone (formerly of A Night In Texas/Aegaeon) on drums and Andrew Monias on bass. We’ll have more news for you all in 2019, thank you for the continued support!”.
This announcement follows the cancellation of two tours by the band, although the given reason for the cancellation was a family emergency, and seems unrelated to this lineup change.
