In the recent interview with ‘Talking Metal’ podcast, Mastodon guitarist Bill Kelliher revealed that they have just finished up recording a 15-song studio album and are currently halfway through the mixing process. Production and mixing have been entrusted to Canadian producer David Bottrill (Muse, Dream Theater, Tool, King Crimson). New record tentative release: September/October.
