HELLISH GOD – The Evil Emanations

Kicking off 2018 with a bang, I bring you Italian death metal band Hellish God with their debut full-length The Evil Emanations through Lord of the Flies Records. Known for their blasphemous, occultist and misanthropic lyricism, these Italians are taking the underground death metal to whole new level that they’ve heavily focused on other influential bands ranging from Mindful Of Pripyat and Antropofagus. Musically, The Evil Emanations reflects on metaphorical shells discussing how the music is conceptually made up to certain musical degrees but this time, Hellish God features 8 monolithic tracks that will unleash carnage and chaotic craftsmanship they aren’t afraid of anything standing in their path of destruction.
Let’s take the song Tagimron is Summoned for example, between the vocals, instrumentals and production value this album delivers a brutalized force that I can rightfully imagine picturing myself hearing some old school death metal vibes preferably artists such as Sinister, Morbid Angel, Incantation and Demigod but in a more modernized approach. Rest assure Italy’s Hellish God starts creating all sorts of madness but if you like your death metal furious, dismembered and crank full volume for a workout playlist The Evil Emanations is surely worth checking out!
