MOUTH OF SAURON – Hearken The Echo Of Music

Mouth Of Sauron are a two piece Death Metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada and the origin of the band is deprived after the iconic fictional character from J. R. R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth also known as Lord Of The Rings. Combining their musical influences ranging from Abominable Putridity, Acranius, Disentomb, Devourment and The Faceless, Hearken The Echo Of Music takes death metal to its purest form with songs ranging from progressive, brutal, technical and nearly atmospheric approach as the instrumentals provided here sound absolutely clear and very audible as the mixing department is sharpened to perfection. Perhaps the most memorable experience hearing the album is for a two piece band utilizing their own craft they’ve taken Death Metal signatures and combine various genres to give the album a fresh, organic and destructible forces that are highly accessible to the point you just want to be strapped into a world filled with chaos and roaring cries of well presented musicality.
Even when you hear the tracks such as Black Gate, Boil ’em, Smash ’em, Stick ’em in a Stew, Desolation of Arda and my personal favorite song off the album titled Melkor’s Lull demonstrates the album’s deepest and experimented elements that engages the listener to get a wonderful, yet aggressive sense how well crafted their formalized structures are represented. Everything from the instrumentals, vocals, mixing, songwriting and comforting the finest quality for Death Metal can always showcase quality over quantity. This is a album that you must treat your ears to hear such beautifully designed and crafted albums for 2017 especially if you’re a sucker for Lord Of The Rings lyricism and extreme music in general.
