CRUELTY EXALTED Announce New Drummer

Technical death metal band Cruelty Exalted have officially confirmed who will be taking over drum duties for the project. Mike Heller, the drummer of Fear Factory since 2012, has been revealed to be the band’s new drummer. The band also confirmed that in 2019, the band will be writing and recording a full length album, however it’s unclear if it’ll release during the year.

The band’s official announcement reads as follows:

“NEW DRUMMER!

It’s an absolute pleasure to announce the final piece of the lineup puzzle!

Mike Heller (Malignancy, Raven, Fear Factory, Control/Resist, ex-System Divide, ex-World Under Blood) will be behind the drum kit for our full length album! Mike’s tastefully technical chops, fusion jazz influence, and signature groovy style are exactly what we needed for the job, plus his songwriting abilities will prove indispensable.

The lineup of 5 is now complete; 2019 will be a year of lots of songwriting and preparation for the full length recording process. Thanks for the support as always!

Cruelty Exalted is:

Yuri Kondra – Lead Vocals
Alec Cordero – Lead/Rhythm Guitar
Collin McGee – Lead/Rhythm Guitar
Erlend Caspersen – Fretted/Fretless Bass Guitar
Mike Heller – Drums/Percussion”

Cruelty Exalted released a four-song EP in January independently. That is the band’s only release to date.
